A 15 km water pipeline is being constructed in Balakan region of Azerbaijan to supply water from the springs of Seltik river source. Experienced constructors and machinery have been attracted for quick and qualitative completion of this important project, implemented at the expense of internal funds of the region.

As AzerTAj correspondent was informed in the executive authorities of the region, a considerable growth of population in recent years, construction of new dwelling blocks created a shortage in drinking water supply. To eliminate this problem, a water pipeline to the regional center will be laid before presidential elections, and a spring complex will be erected in honor of the President of Azerbaijan.
