Newly appointed Ambassador Plenipotentiary and Extraordinary of Georgia to the Russian Federation Kote Kemularia told AzerTAj Moscow-based correspondent that all points of the framework agreement between Russia and Georgia had been fully agreed. The agreement, according to him, implies that no foreign military troops would be deployed in the Georgian territory. The Ambassador pointed out in this connection that withdrawal of Russian forces from Georgia would not have an impact on bilateral relations.

The framework agreement between the two countries is expected to be signed in fall during Russian President’s visit to Georgia.
